The District of Columbia lost the following individual to violence in the last week:

    17-year-old James Colter, of Northeast

    17-year-old James Anthony Smith of Southeast
  • December 26 — 2900 block of MLK Jr. Ave., SE (12/23 shooting)
    22-year-old Maleak Coffin, of Southeast
  • December 26 — 2200 block of Douglas Street, NE (shooting)
    38-year-old Jermaine Bowens, of Northeast
  • December 27 — 1800 block of Bryant Street, NE (shooting)
    21-year-old Elijah Henry, of Northeast
  • December 28 — 900 block of Eastern Avenue, NE (shooting)
    23-year-old Ronzay Green, of Northeast
  • December 28 — 800 block of Adrian Place, SE (shooting)
    23-year-old Kerrice Lewis, of Hyattsville, Maryland.
  • December 29 — 3900 block of 1st Street, SE (shooting)
    20-year-old Dante Coleman, of Southeast
