54-year-old Courtney Jones, of Hartford, CT - July 24 — 300 block of Massachusetts Avenue, NW (domestic; unknown)
Olga Ooro was last seen on July 16; her child was found alone on July 18.
Although no remains were found, the disappearance was declared a homicide on July 24, and an arrest was made in what MPDC called a domestic case.
